Custom aluminum cases

This custom aluminum case is very special for us and our customer. Our customer sent the requirements of the case, then we design it for him. It takes us a long time to solve all the questions. Now we share one with you.

Usually, aluminum panel is easy to be damaged, because most of the face of aluminum tool case`s panel is ABS ( a style of plastic). This material is beautiful but not strong. Sometimes, we can not protect them from being hit. It is used to protect the inner equipment. Then the case will not be beautiful as before for ABS panel. It is confused for us. To solve this question, we use aluminum instead of ABS.

But another question come with aluminum panel. Usually aluminum is silver, but our customer need different colors. Of course, we can use oxidized-way. For oxidized-way, the cost is very expensive. Besides, it is too flat as the same as glass for oxidized-way. It is easy to be damaged too. So, we use our special way to paint and stoving . This way can solve all the question which ABS can not reach.

For this style of aluminum cases fit expensive equipment. Because it is more expensive than the aluminum cases which use ABS panel.
